Where We Build
Since 1986, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati has built homes all over the Tri-State area. We build single family homes on scattered sites, rehab historic homes, and sometimes we build entire neighborhoods and connected town homes. Where we build is often determined by available land and community support.
As we grow to meet the needs of our community, we are looking for innovative solutions and building larger developments to increase homeownership opportunities in our community.
Coming Soon: Clarence Place
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati is building 32 beautiful townhomes off Chestnut Street in Oxford, OH (zip code: 45056). These homes are some of our first to feature both brick and Hardie board facades.

The application period for these homes is expected to open in the spring of 2025. Join the mailing list for updates and attend an info session for more information about purchasing these homes.
